Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any item/s bought within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items MUST be returned in its original condition as received.  

Please note that returns would only be accepted if the goods are in its original condition. Therefore, damaged returned items or where items bought has been tampered or used cannot be refunded. Costs incurred in returning the goods are solely borne by the buyer. Except where there has been an agreement between the buyer and the seller to share or offset costs

We recommend that you use a secure method of postage when returning products to ensure that it gets to us, and protect the products from damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, where the item/s returned is/are not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged as explained above.
 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

For Exchange:

If you would like to make returns for an exchange, please notify us by email at sales@gifthaircollection.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of goods before sending any item back. Please note that items MUST be returned in its original condition as received.
 
Please make sure that you have identified in your email the item that you wish to exchange the one you have bought for. Please note that you will be charged re-delivery costs to send the exchanged item/s. Delivery charges will not be refunded where items has been delivered correctly. So, if you are returning an item that has not been supplied correctly we will pay for the costs to send you the correct item/s again.


To identify your returns, we require that you write your full names and Invoice number on a piece of paper and include it in the parcel which you will be sending back to us. This would also help us process your request for exchange faster.

Once we have received your returned item/s safely, you will be refunded the original cost of the item/s MINUS shipping (Postage and packaging) costs. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded (this also includes free delivery listings) except where incorrectly supplied. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be made through the original means of payment and processed within 2-3 working days. For payment made via Debit /Credit card, funds may take up to 5 working days to appear on your card.

ADDITONAL RETURNS POLICY ON CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS

Please note that items bought under clearance sale does not qualify for refunds, however exchange will only be accepted. Except where specified on the listing. For exchanges purposes, please refer to our exchange procedure above.

Please note that items bought under wholesale or bulk orders does not qualify for refunds, however exchange will only be accepted. For exchanges purposes, please refer to our exchange procedure above.
 
ADDITONAL RETURNS POLICY ON HAIR REPAIRS
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchange for Hair Repairs,. This includes 'Lace Wigs and Hair Extensions repairs. Therefore, payment made to us for this purpose is not eligible for refund or exchange. Payment is final. Exception apply where we are unable to repair the hair for the following reason ' Damage Beyond Repair', we will refund your payment and deduct shipping costs as per our returns policy.
